SaveVideo.Me: Download Videos From Different Video Services

It is a video download tool that will let you download videos from YouTube and other video portals as well.
SaveVideo.Me supports YouTube, DailyMotion, MetaCafe, Veoh, Flickr, Google Videos and blip.tv. The service works like most basic online video download tools. All you need to do is copy the video URL, paste it on SaveVideo.me and hit the download button. When your link to a file will be generated – press the link “Download video file” (under the form) the right mouse button and will select in the menu, “Save link as…”
Some of the video-hosting-services do not provide you with the real name of the video file.
So you will have to rename the file before or after saving (for example: video.flv). Also it is possible to copy the address of the generated link in any program for downloading (for example: FlashGet).
For play video (.flv and others) – use for example: VLC Player.
You can download videos in FLV, MP4, MOV, AVI or 3GP (mobile) formats depending on the video provider. If you need a different format other than the downloaded format, you’ll need to use a video converter.
The service is still new and has a lot of room for improvement. They could include a converter which will allow users to download any video format of their choice, like other video download tools that are available online. Also, adding supported sites such as Vimeo, Twitvid and other video hosts on their list will definitely make SaveVideo.me more versatile. Other than that, the service is extremely useful if you want to download videos from video sites other than YouTube and it will definitely make my list bookmarked sites.

Damn, awesome website. I actually came across this on Yahoo, and I am happy I did. I will definately be revisiting here more often. Wish I could add to the post and bring a bit more to the table, but am just absorbing as much info as I can at the moment.
