sigpadSigpad is an email signature tool that allows you to insert updates from your favorite social networking sites to your email messages in the form of email signatures. To use the service, just select which type of email signature you want and you will be asked for your social networking profile URL or username. Choose which email service you want the signature to appear. Enter the username and password for your email. This works for Yahoo, Windows Live and AOL email accounts. If you’re concerned with your email security and hesitant to hand out your email username and password, you can choose the safer option that works on Gmail. It comes in the form of a bookmarklet. Just save the bookmarklet and press it every time you want to place your Email signature in Gmail.

Support for Windows Mail and Microsoft Outlook is coming soon. I personally, would like to see Mozilla Thunderbird added to the list.

TweetBars: Display Current Twitter Update In Forums as Image Signature

December 15th, 2008 | Comments Off | Posted in Tips N Tricks

tweetbars-logoDo you want your forum friends to see your twitter updates inside the forums? Tweetbars is a Twitter tool that you can use to create a dynamic gif image of your latest Twitter update in the form of a signature. You can then post that image in forums and in your own website(s).

How it works

Just provide TweetBars with your Twitter ID and press the generate button. TweetBars will create a code for you that you can use to post in forums and websites. A direct link to your TweetBar is also provided for you to check it out before posting.

What’s great about this is that it will only generate an image (GIF) code which is hotlinked to TweetBars. It will not slow down the loading time of the website by using scripts or widgets. It comes in the form of a thin image bar. Your TweetBar image will be updated a few minutes after you made your latest Twitter post.

February 27th, 2008 | 2 Comments | Posted in Cool Sites

mylivesignature.jpgI see a lot of blogs and social pages sporting an image of their signature below every post. My Live Signature makes it easy for you to create your online signature by using a scanned image or using their creation wizard. If you are going to use the creation wizard, a few simple steps are only needed to create your signature. The firs step is just to enter your name then you can choose a suitable font that will match your taste. The next steps will include choices for sizes, colors and slope. Then you’re all done.

After creating your online signature, you can choose from two ways of using them. You can generate a code for your handwritten signature or you can generate a combined code of your information with the handwritten signature over it. You can embed the generated codes to emails, websites, blogs and social sites. Check out the sample below.
