LogoInstant: Download OpenSource Logos

logo-instant-logoLooking for a new logo for your brand? LogoInstant is a great place to start. It’s where you can choose a logo for your brand or website and download it free of charge. The site is updated daily so there is no shortage of new logos for you to choose from.

LogoInstant lets you download the PSD file, AI file and Font information of each logo which you can then edit to complement your brand. This means that you must know how to use Adobe Photoshop (PSD) or Adobe Illustrator (.AI). The font information lets you know which type of font(s) is used in developing the logo. Contained in the font.txt file is also a tip on where you can download the font used.

This is a great site for those looking for a logo or for someone who’s just looking for design inspiration. The logo files are easy to edit and even though that there is no special instructions included, a Photoshop user with some level of experience will have no trouble figuring out the tricks/effects used in the logos. Besides, there are tons of Photoshop tutorials out there that you can use to polish your design skills.

FaceYourManga is an online Avatar creation tool. It allows you to create a Manga style avatar and express yourself online in a different fashion.

There is a wide range of facial features for you to choose from which will allow you to customize your avatar depending on your taste. You can select from a menu which feature you want to edit/change and choose from a library of Manga style features that will appear next to your avatar.

The creation process is very easy to perform. Registration is not required in order for you to start creating your Manga avatar. When you are finished with your creation, just hand them an email address and they will send your avatar in JPG format.
