Photoshop: Add Realistic Tattoos on your Photos

This Photoshop video tutorial explains a technique on how to place a realistic looking tattoo on any image.

This method involves placing an Illustrator file (the tattoo source image) as a Smart Object, using the Free Transform/Warp Tool, adding a Gaussian Blur (to adjust the ‘Focus’) and then finishing it all off with a lighting effect created from a Channel Pull.

Photoshop: Add a Fake Depth of Field on Photos Using Gaussian Blur and Gradient Tool

This short but awesome tutorial teaches how to quickly add a fake depth of field to your photos in Photoshop. By using the Gaussian blur combined with the gradient tool through a layer mask. This is great for highlighting certain parts of your photos. Watch the tutorial to see what I mean.
