This game is kind of like a mini SIM City game. Its objective is to max the level of the panels. You must click the panels in a proper order for you to complete the game. They affect each other as they grow so think about the clicking order. Click here to play. Have Fun!

I played this game a few months ago and couldn’t finish it like you did. It is a neat and addictive game. So that’s what it should look like.
