This video will teach you to how to make realistic looking fairy dust or glowing magic dust which blends with your photo. Everything is done with a few brush adjustments and simple layer effects. Enjoy!

Sigh… How I wish I have the time to put good touches on my phtotos before posting them…
But NO! How sad… i am so consumed with a lot of things to do, from learning to work and blogs and stuffs…

@Arun: I played the video and it seems to be working just fine. Maybe just a small problem in Vimeo or something.
