PDFOnline makes it easy for us to convert our documents into PDF (Portable Document Format). The tool (Doc2PDF online) is so easy to use.
Just browse the document in your pc using the browse button found in their site and place in the filename for the output PDF file and the email address (I would recommend that you put your own email here for security purposes, and then you can forward it later to whomever you want to send the file to) that will receive the converted file, press convert and its done. This is a very handy tool that you can use on the go without having to go to all the trouble of using software in your computer to do the conversion. The converted PDF file sent to your email will also serve as a backup that you can access from anywhere in the world.

Another cool service from PDFOnline is “IPhone PDF service.” Actually, this service is not exclusive to IPhone, it works on any handheld device and in any computer. The fact that they called it “PDF service for IPhone,” beats the hell out of me. Anyway here is how it works:
- Send an email to iPhone@pdfonline.com with document(s) attached.
- PDF Online receives your email and immediately converts the attachment(s) to PDF.
- Once the PDF is ready, PDF Online replies your email with the PDF attached. If you send multiple attachments, PDF Online will send back multiple emails.
- Retrieve your email from your iPhone, laptop, or any other handheld devices.
Note: The Doc2PDF online service only have a max limit of 2 MB per file size. They did not mention anything for the “PDF service for IPhone and other devices.” My guess is it also has a 2 MB size limit.
