Here’s the Disneyfied version of Harry Potter if ever there comes a time that Disney got their hand on the Harry Potter franchise. I must admit that I kind of like it. I’d still prefer that it was drawn by another artist but it still looks good being drawn the Disney way.

Most companies often go for a design that will make their product stand out from the rest. The only problem is that’s what everybody else is doing. So how should one make a particular product stand out? Make a minimal design with the need(s) of the customer in mind. Take a look at these canned pineapple labels. The design is simple, yet graphically informative and well thought of. Just by looking at the pineapple drawing, you can immediately spot the type of canned pineapples you’re going to get without picking them up, looking at them one by one to read the label and see  if they’re crushed or sliced.
